Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
  • Standard Shipping: Free, 5-7 business days (estimated)
  • We Ship to P.O. Boxes Domestically

International Shipping Rates and Estimates
  • Standard Shipping: Free with Orders $150 and Above  (Delivery Time Varies Based on Location).
  • Express Shipping:  Please Email Us at support@luxyuri.com 
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (10 days for international), please contact us at support@luxyuri.com with your name and order number and we will investigate.



Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • We are 100% committed to your satisfaction of our products.
  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you are able to return it up to 30 days after delivery date for a full refund minus the shipping cost for the return. 
  • Only products purchased on luxyuri.com may be returned.  Currently LuxYuri is sold exclusively at luxyuri.com.  LuxYuri does not have any other authorized resellers or distributors in the United States or abroad.
  • Any products that are nearly empty, tampered, or filled with other substances are not refundable.
    • Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage—dropped, stolen, spilled, mishandled, etc.—are not refundable.
    • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@luxyuri.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
    • When the product is returned to us, it may take 10-14 business days to process your return.
